Lore Galleries is a simple personal project run by the owner of loregalleries.com. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Content Ownership
You keep full ownership and all rights to the content you upload. I do not claim any ownership over your galleries or images. By uploading, you grant me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and make your content available on the site solely for operating the service.
2. Your Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for everything you upload. I am not responsible or liable for any user content, including claims related to copyright infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or any other issues. All risks stay with the uploader.
3. Prohibited Content
Do not upload content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes on anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights. NSFW content is allowed as long as it does not violate the rules above. I can remove any content that I consider inappropriate.
4. Content Removal
I reserve the right to remove, hide, or delete any gallery or image at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or explanation. This includes galleries that are reported or that I consider inappropriate.
5. Creator Keys & Upload Access
Upload access is restricted to users with valid Creator Keys provided by me. I am not responsible if you lose access to your key.
6. No Warranty
The site is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
7. Changes to Terms
I can update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
